Hi Anurag,
Answers are as below:
1. How to install windows Mobile App on devices.
Ans. Connect the device to the pc.
Start Active Sync.
Click on Explore tab available on the Active Sync dialog box.
Go to the desired location (where u want to keep the .cab file)
Paste the .cab file to this location.
Now u can directly run this .cab file. From the device.

2. How to install windows mobile app on Emulators
Ans: Start the Emulator
Start Active Sync
Click on Explore tab on the Active Sync dialog box
Go to the desired location (where u want to keep the .cab file)
Paste the .cab file to this location.
Now u can directly run the .cab file.
