@Divya....I think if our system speed is less due to any reason then these kind of issues might have occurred

@divya....actually I have not used the manual version of this as i have downloaded the automation file .

The main difference is in manual you have a various functions as we do it on real device like swipe...etc but in Automation we need to record these as "events".

Another imp feature is that in manual we have to record the scripts for each device whereas in automation we can use the same recording and play back by editing the objects/elements provided we have the same app on the devices we would like to test and the code generated can be exported to our convenient language(s) for automation.

I have used UFT as we have it in our organisation and I have automated a few apps recently.

@divya....the trial period is of 10 days only, but it might work if we actually format the system as its capturing the MAC address and doesn't install even if we try ti install a new .exe downloaded from some other system.

My mouse used to struck after installation .. uninstalled..

It records my system event also if I switch to other apps in desktop and its damn slow. Seems like it records the event by mouse click and emulator screen, it failed many times

Better  I go for manual testing ..

@divya, ya divya this gives us quite a good adavntage as it has many more options in it to edit the script also.

@Srikanth, so record and play feature available in manual version ? If this is there then worth .

Ya Divya,

Its got some other features also..like you can actually record any scenario and run the sam script on other devices as well provided we have the same app on both the devices.

Apart from this it also allows us to export the code into various languages and automate the scripts.
